Questions about a donation
Donations are received through the temple’s own donation system atseva.gnw.myiskcon.org. If something has gone wrong — a payment debited twice, an amount that did not reach us, a receipt that never arrived, or a recurring seva you would like to stop — write to the temple office and we will trace it.
- The name the donation was made in, and the mobile number or email used
- The date and the amount
- The transaction or reference number from your bank, card or UPI statement
- The seva or category you were donating to

Grievance redressal
If you are not satisfied with how a request has been handled — whether it concerns a donation, a receipt, or your personal information — you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer, who is responsible for resolving complaints about this website and about the personal data we hold.
